CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Braid Boutique, your time is valuable, and so is ours. To keep things running smoothly for all clients, please review our cancellation policy: • 24-Hour Notice All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. • Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service fee charged to the card on file. • No-Shows If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Grace Period Clients have a 15-minute grace period to arrive. After that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened at the stylist’s discretion, and fees may still apply. • Deposits Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits will be applied toward your final balance at checkout but will be forfeited if you cancel without proper notice or do not show.
